Mr. Tullius was born July 5, 1946, at Norman Regional Hospital to Carol Joseph and Ernestine Tullius. He graduated from Norman High School and attended the University of Oklahoma. He was a musician, playing drums for both the "Cascades" and the band "She."

He was preceded in death by his father, Carol; two brothers, Jimmy Dean and Richard Lynn; grandparents, Frank and Elizabeth Tullius, and Gertie and Ernest Ellis.

Survivors include his mother, Ernestine; uncles, Herbert Tullius and his wife, Etoyle, of Norman and Marshall Ellis and his wife, Lou, of San Bruno, Calif.; aunts, Margaret Kocher of Sacramento, Calif., Frances Logan of Wolf Creek, Ore., Betty Lowery of Stillwater and Sharon Steely and her husband, Edward, of Mineral Wells, Texas; and many cousins and friends.

Casket bearers will be Bruce Loeffelholz, Jerry Meyer, Jeff Tullius, John Tullius, Jimmy McHughes and Jim Hilgenfeld.

Honorary bearers will be Ray Meyer, Leo Meiser, Leroy Tullius, Jerry Loeffelholz and Hop Keim.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association at 3545 N.W. 58 Street 400 C, Oklahoma City, OK, or to St. Joseph's Catholic Church Building Fund, 211. N. Porter, Norman, OK, 73071.
